Our Project Process

1. Submit Your Enquiry

Complete the project form and tell us what you would like to create. Attach photographs, measurements, plans or inspiration images where available.

2. Initial Consultation

Our team will review your requirements and contact you to discuss the project in greater detail. Depending on the scope, this may take place by telephone, video call or an arranged consultation.

3. Measurements and Site Assessment

Accurate measurements are essential for fitted furniture and complete interior projects. A site assessment may be arranged where required and depending on the project location.

4. Design and Material Selection

We develop the concept around your space, lifestyle and preferred aesthetic. This may include furniture dimensions, layouts, timber selections, fabrics, finishes, colours, hardware and functional details.

5. Quotation and Approval

You will receive a detailed quotation based on the agreed project scope and specifications. Manufacturing or procurement begins once the quotation and required deposit have been approved.

6. Manufacturing

Your bespoke furniture is handcrafted by our experienced team at the Unique Boys factory in Kya Sands, Gauteng. Quality is carefully monitored throughout the manufacturing process.

7. Delivery and Installation

Once completed, your project is inspected and prepared for delivery. Professional installation can be arranged where required, with nationwide delivery options available.

Choose the dimensions, timber, colour, finish, fabric, leather, metalwork and finer design details. We can manufacture an existing Unique Boys design in a different size or develop something entirely new for your space.

Important Project Information

Because every bespoke project is different, lead times are determined by the design complexity, materials, order size and current manufacturing schedule.

Final dimensions, materials and finishes must be approved before production begins. Natural timber, leather and certain fabrics may display variations in colour, grain and texture. These characteristics are part of the beauty and individuality of natural materials.

Our team will communicate the applicable deposit, estimated lead time and delivery requirements with your quotation.
